    AppleCare for Enterprise offers 2, 3, or 4-year onsite service plans starting from your hardware purchase date. You can choose next-business-day onsite support or visit any Apple Authorized Service Provider globally. Use our service lookup tool to check availability in your area.

  • Extended Device Repair and Replacement Coverage

    AppleCare for Enterprise covers repair or replacement of up to 4% of Macs or displays and 10% of iPads or iPhones at no extra cost. Repairs are usually processed within one business day to minimize disruptions.

  • Comprehensive End-User Support

    AppleCare for Enterprise offers unlimited 24/7 technical support for end users, covering Apple hardware, operating systems, applications like Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, as well as personal accounts and settings.

  • Dedicated IT Department Support

    AppleCare for Enterprise provides unlimited IT support for diagnosing hardware and software issues, plus annual IT-level assistance for complex deployment scenarios like MDM and Active Directory. Additional support is available via an AppleCare OS Support agreement.
