Sniper Systems and Solutions, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in product sales. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of industry experience into corporate sales, specifically in selling products such as Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, Dell, Adobe, Autodesk, and other leading brands.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients and customers in the assigned market segment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
  • Occasionally, conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and provide personalised solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for field visits.
