We are seeking an experienced Inbound sales specialist with at least 1 year of experience in selling hardware and software products to b2b clients. (Freshers are also preferred).
As an Inbound sales specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, generating leads, and closing sales deals.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and guidance to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress against sales goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive revenue growth
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline opportunities in our CRM system
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a hardware and software b2b sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
