Sniper Systems and Solutions, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MAC Technical Specialist / MAC Service Engineer with a strong background in Apple products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of industry experience.

Job Summary

• Deployment services and / or MAC Imaging servers
• End user support to MAC
• Troubleshooting, Installing Knowledge on Internet Troubleshooting on MAC OS.
• VMware Fusion Related issues on MAC OS
• File Vault encryption issues
• Technically expert with Semi Voice process is an added advantage. Responsibilities and Duties
• Handling all kind of MAC OS-Software Hardware related Issues,
• Handling both WI-FI LAN-Network related issues
• Handling CISCO application issues like SPARK, WebEx, CISCO any connect, etc. ,
• Jamf Certified added advantage.
• Creating Managing policies based on client requirements
• Deploying Third Party application to end users via self-service

Experience: 1 – 3 years of Service engineer experience in handling MAC products
